We, the College of Human Ecology Freshman Council, are committed to maintaining the practice of COLLECTIVE effort, HOLISTIC approach, and EMPOWERING service to the students and the masses as well as uphold FAIR treatment, make a SIGNIFICANT difference and observe TRANSPARENCY.
